The Particles is the definitive interactive guide to particle physics and the "theory of almost everything".

My client wanted a creative and playful app that would allow science students and interested parties to discover all about Particles in an engaging way.

I went through quite a few concepts before I was happy with the interface design on this one. 

Here you can see early sketches, gestures and logo design, site maps and early some ideas concepts that made it – and some that didn’t.

The solution

The Particles is a visual exploration of subatomic particles designed for use on iPad, iPhone and Microsoft Surface devices.
